Regit shortlisted for ICA Compliance Awards 2026: Compliance AI Solution of the Year

Regit has been named a finalist in the Compliance AI Solution of the Year category at the ICA Compliance Awards 2026. The shortlisting recognises the operating system we are building for investment products: one Golden Record per product, with oversight, filings, lookthrough, and distribution reading from the same source.
What the shortlisting is for
The ICA Compliance Awards recognise organisations and solutions that have demonstrated measurable impact on compliance practice. The Compliance AI Solution of the Year category is open to tools that solve a defined compliance problem at scale, with evidence of accuracy, auditability, and operational adoption.
Regit was shortlisted for the platform it has built and the two verticals already live in production. Documents produces 14 regulatory documents across 6 regimes today, from PRIIPs KIDs through FinDatEx templates, SFDR disclosures, Solvency II TPT, EIOPA QRTs, and UK FCA CCI. Distribution delivers those documents via email, SFTP, and CSSF eDesk XBRL submission on schedule. Both verticals run from the same pipeline, the same Golden Record, and the same recipe layer. Every published artifact traces back to the data and recipe version that produced it.
Portfolio, Lifecycle, and Onboarding are on the roadmap, each designed to operate from that same shared record rather than adding another silo.
Why it matters
A ManCo or asset manager running UCITS, ELTIF 2.0, and IBIP products across EU and UK distributors does not just owe documents. They owe oversight, distribution confirmations, lookthrough reporting, and lifecycle tracking, often across multiple vendor contracts that do not share a common record. When something changes in one system, the others lag behind.
Regit's thesis is that these are not separate problems. They are views of the same product data. One Golden Record per product, one recipe layer to control what gets produced, one evidence trail from data ingestion to delivery confirmation. Documents and Distribution are live. The rest follows the same architecture.
What comes next
The ICA Compliance Awards ceremony takes place on 25 June 2026 at Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge. We will share the outcome when it is known.
